Foresta ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Re:stree mobile
application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we
collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree
to the practices described in this policy.

Re:stree is an emotional diary and astrology companion app. Because your diary
entries can contain deeply personal information, we treat your data with
particular care.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account Information
   - When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email
     address, and a unique account identifier from the sign-in provider.
   - We do not receive or store your password.

b. Birth Information (for astrology features)
   - Date of birth, time of birth (optional), and city of birth.
   - We use this solely to calculate your astrological chart and personalize
     content. City search is powered by the GeoNames geographical database.

c. Diary Content and Emotional Data
   - Diary entries you write, emotions you select, and related metadata
     (e.g., entry dates).
   - AI-generated content associated with your entries (replies, emotion tags,
     fortunes, card readings, reports).

d. Purchase Information
   - Subscription status and in-app purchase history. Payments are processed
     by Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive your full payment
     card details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status.

e. Device and Usage Information
   - Basic device information (model, OS version), app version, language and
     timezone settings, and crash/diagnostic logs needed to operate and
     improve the App.

f. Notification Preferences
   - Your push notification settings (types enabled, reminder time).

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or photos.

2. How We Use Your Information

   - To provide the core service: saving your diary, generating AI replies,
     fortunes, card readings, and periodic reports.
   - To personalize astrology content using your birth information.
   - To manage your account, subscription, and purchases.
   - To send push notifications you have enabled (e.g., daily reminders).
   - To maintain safety, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
   - To improve the App through aggregate, de-identified analysis.

We do NOT sell your personal information. We do NOT use the content of your
diary entries for advertising.

3. AI Processing

Re:stree uses third-party artificial intelligence services (Anthropic's Claude
models) to generate replies, emotion tags, fortunes, readings, and reports.
To provide these features, relevant content (such as your diary text and birth
chart information) is transmitted securely to the AI service provider for
processing.

   - AI outputs are generated automatically and are provided for reflection
     and entertainment purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal,
     or financial advice.
   - Per our agreement with the AI provider, data submitted through the API
     is not used to train their models.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

   - Firebase (Google): authentication and push notification delivery.
   - Apple App Store / Google Play: payment processing.
   - RevenueCat: subscription management.
   - Anthropic: AI content generation.
   - GeoNames: birth city search.
   - Railway (hosting provider): our servers and database are hosted on
     secure cloud infrastructure.

Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service to us.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

   - Your data is retained while your account is active.
   - You may delete your account at any time in the App
     (Settings > Delete account). Account deletion permanently removes your
     diary entries, birth information, AI-generated content, and profile from
     our servers. This action cannot be undone.
   - Some records (e.g., purchase records) may be retained where required by
     law or by the app stores' policies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption
in transit (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated API access, and access controls on our
servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to
protect your information appropriately given its sensitivity.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct,
delete, or export your personal information, and to withdraw consent.
You can exercise most of these directly in the App (edit birth info, delete
diary entries, delete account), or by contacting us at restree149@gmail.com.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age required in
your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please
contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located in countries other than your
own (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate
safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
announced in the App. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest
revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes
acceptance of the revised policy.
